Mailroom
Joe Bond's personal email sorter.
Mailroom sorts Joe's Gmail so mail from people stays in front of him and mass mail stops burying it. Joe built it for himself. Nobody else uses it, and there is no way to sign up.
What it does
- Spots mail from people, including people writing to Joe for the first time.
- Sorts newsletters, promotions and other mass mail into their own lists.
- Keeps newsletters as a reading library Joe can search.
- Lets Joe find receipts and bills by their order or invoice number.
- Watches for sales Joe asked about.
Mailroom has read-only access to Joe's Gmail, so it cannot send, delete or change anything there. Its sorting shows up only in Mailroom's own screens on his Mac.
Mail stays on Joe's Mac. Mailroom copies it from Gmail and sorts it
on that one computer, with an AI model that runs there too. No mail goes to any other
company or AI service.
The privacy policy explains what Mailroom reads, how long it keeps it, and how to turn off its access.
